Hi my daughter and I have been to see lion king today in screen 7 at 1.30. During the quiet parts of the film there was a low buzzing/drilling sound that was very annoying. I informed a member of staff on our way out who said “I heard that in screen 6, I thought we’d got away with it” Not very impressed with the customer service ☹️ this was one of our favourite cinemas
New seating is amazing and Yesterday is a brilliant film

Refusing to pay the surcharge for booking online, I took the 3 kids to watch Lego Movie 2 this afternoon. Arrived to go to the self service machines to buy said tickets - it wouldn’t allow me to buy any as it was too close to the start time of the film....10 mins. Joined world’s longest queue with 15-20 people in, only 2 working behind the counter....got to the front to be told we could have tickets....oh hang in they have just been sold!! Poor management Odeon with so few staff on duty....everything is not awesome it turns out😡
Went yesterday with the kids to see the Lego Movie 2. My son is autistic and has difficulty with loud volumes, we usually have ear defenders for him but I had left them at home. When I was buying the tickets I asked if there were any in lost property that he could borrow and the guy serving said he would look for me or possibly sort out some headphones that he could wear to lessen the volume. Unfortunately that was not possible so the duty manager came to speak to me and said he would reduce the volume of the film so he could watch it without them. At no point did I say anything about my son's autism, this was entirely of his own accord. This was an incredibly kind act and demonstrated excellent customer service and understanding of my son's needs, way beyond what I would expect. Thank you very much!
