Uncanny Cold Cases - Sunday 5th July - Lyceum

Fresh from the launch of Uncanny Cold Cases, BBC’s Danny Robins brings a special live recording of his hit podcast to the Lyceum Theatre, alongside paranormal experts Dr Ciarán O’Keeffe and Evelyn Hollow.

After exploring some of the world’s most chilling paranormal mysteries including The Black Monk of Pontefract, the Barney and Betty Hill UFO incident, the legend of Spring-heeled Jack and the strange Sandown Clown encounter, the Uncanny team are ready to delve deeper into the paranormal archives as they dig into the case of the Enfield Poltergeist and speak live to one of the witnesses from the case, exclusively for the Crossed Wires audience.

Prepare for an evening of spine-tingling storytelling, unsettling mysteries and spirited debate as the team examine the evidence, challenge the theories and asks whether these infamous cases can ever truly be explained. And yes, you can probably expect a couple of ‘Bloody Hells’ that won’t survive the final edit!

TONIGHT, we’re hosting the official Horrorconuk afterparty at Showroom Cinema bar - we hope to see lots of you there! There will be prize giveaways throughout the night, a killer selection of horror tunes and a chance to relax and socialise after a busy day at the con.

The Showroom bar team will be serving up special food and drinks offers, including Showroom House Lager for £4.50 a pint (on presentation of a HorrorCon ticket or wristband)
plus cocktails (£8 each or 2 for £14)
