According to Peter, he once told his mother, "I hope you will still be alive to witness how all this will end." Sadly, she is no longer here.
From Peter's side of the story, it seems their mother contributed to the family issues without realizing how deeply they would affect everyone.
When a child is disliked from childhood and the parents always believe the other siblings instead of listening fairly, that child grows up carrying deep emotional pain. No matter how hard they try, people still see them as the problem. Their efforts are criticized, and they rarely get defended. That kind of trauma can stay for years until the person finally speaks out.
Peter appears to have gone through a lot within his family, and those unresolved issues eventually affected their music career. He felt they never truly valued him.
