This Saturday, at Espace des Possibles, we continue our series of Cinéjam events centeredon improvised music and cinema.
For this fifth session, we will screen The General, a 1926 Buster Keaton action comedy that unfolds as a lengthy train chase during the American Civil War between a group of Northern spies and a clumsy but resourceful Southern engineer.
This film will be screened with live electronic improvisation by the musicians of the collective... And maybe you?

Welcome to cinéjam, a free event open to all, combining musical improvisation and film screenings.

This month, we will be screening Happiness, a satirical comedy with surreal undertones directed by Soviet filmmaker Aleksandr Medvedkin in 1935, which tells the story of a peasant’s misadventures during the Tsarist era.

The film will be screened with live electronic music improvisation by the musicians of the Silicon Beats collective... and maybe you?
