TorinoFilmLab runs several activities and offers various forms of support in the fields of training, development and development that run parallel during the year. They all reach their conclusive moment at the TorinoFilmLab Meeting Event in November, when projects are presented to a selected group of film industry professionals from all over the world.

TFL Next Feature Film & Story Editing 2027 | OPEN CALLS! 🤸🏻

A treatment-based online workshop where participating writers develop their feature film projects with the support of experienced mentors and dedicated story editor trainees.

Important update: through this call for applications, participants for one of the 4 workshops scheduled throughout the year will be selected.
During the application process, candidates will be asked to indicate their availability for one or more workshop dates.

We are just 38 days away from the start of the 19th edition of our co-production market, the TFL Meeting Event. It will feature this year’s projects from ScriptLab, FeatureLab, ComedyLab, SeriesLab, Boost IT Lab, and the TFL Co-Production Fund.

A great mix of cinema and sustainability will bring together 21 participants from 6 different countries (France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, and Turkey) from 21st to 23rd October.

Green Film Lab is a programme by TorinoFilmLab and Green Film, organised by Museo Nazionale del Cinema di Torino and Trentino Film Commission. The programme is realised thanks to the support of Creative Europe - MEDIA Sub-programme of the European Union, and in collaboration with ACE Producers, EAVE (European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs) and Ecoprod. A new GREEN NARRATIVES call for applications is finally open! 🪶

This online lab supports writers, directors and script editors interested in crafting inclusive and environmentally aware narratives. On the TFL website you can find a call for feature film projects and one for story editor trainees, interested in joining us.

By engaging with narrative change experts, climate practitioners, script tutors and filmmakers, participants will develop narratives that not only reflect today’s realities and challenges but hopefully offer visions of sustainable, inclusive futures. 🔮
