"When New England college student Natalie (Alicia Witt) finds herself at the centre of a series of sadistic murders seemingly inspired by urban legends, she resolves to find the truth about Pendleton’s own legend, a twenty-five-year-old story of a student massacre at the hands of an Abnormal Psych professor. As the fraternities prepare to celebrate the macabre anniversary, Natalie discovers that she is the focus of the crazed killer’s intentions in the ultimate urban legend– the story of her own horrific murder. Co-starring Jared Leto, Joshua Jackson and Robert Englund."

The screening will start at 8:30pm and as always, will be introduced by cult film historian Darrell Buxton!

The newly restored version of Guillermo Del Toro's Cronos (15), is our screening at QUAD - Derby on Friday evening at 8:30pm.

As always, Darrell Buxton will be on hand to introduce the film.

We're taking you back to 1998 this June with our screening of video shop favourite Urban Legend!

Less than one week to go until our Friday the 13th/Valentine's Day crossover screening of Hatchet for the Honeymoon!

Come see the Bava classic on the big screen at QUAD - Derby this Friday 13th February at 8:45pm with a intro from our resident film historian Darrell Buxton!

Kodama Keita (Sugita Rairu), a quiet, seemingly ordinary young man, is haunted by the guilt he carries over the mysterious disappearance of his younger brother, Hinata, in the mountains. Now an adult, Keita spends his days volunteering for missing person search missions.

One day, Keita receives a VHS tape from his estranged mother, capturing the exact moment Hinata vanished. His friend Amano Tsukasa (Hirai Amon), who has psychic abilities, senses a dark, lingering presence within the grainy footage and advises him not to get too involved.

But Keita, desperate for the truth, returns to the mountains to find out exactly what happened that day….

University student Matsuoka Fumika (Takaishi Akari) drunkenly trips in the street after an unsuccessful date. Pulling herself up, she notices a bullet casing lying on the ground and picks it up. When she returns home, she is shocked to see the ghostly owner of the empty bullet, Kudo Hideo (Mimoti Masanori), a legendary assassin who was recently murdered.

Terrified and in disbelief, Fumika discovers that by holding Hideo’s hand, she is granted lethal combat skills she never had. But Hideo has unfinished business — to find out who killed him — and only Fumika can help. Very reluctantly, she lends the hitman her body to investigate, but soon finds herself embroiled in a war between rival business factions and drawn into the orbit of Kagehara (Uroba Mario), Hideo’s former protégé who harbours secrets of his own…
