With reviews calling it "one of the best action films of the decades", "an instant masterpiece" and "the new Raid", be sure to mark your calendars (Saturday 27 June) as Watershed is doing a 'one night only' screening of the new epic martial arts thriller THE FURIOUS.

With its bone-crunching action scenes from legendary choreographer Kenji Tanigaki (action director on the Rurouni Kenshin films, Twilight of the Warriors: Walled In) and bringing together an incredible cast of martial arts legends - including Xie Miao (The New Legend of Shaolin), Joe Taslim (The Night Comes For Us, Mortal Kombat), Jeeja Yanin (Chocolate), Brian Le (Everything Everywhere All At Once) and Yayan Ruhian (The Raid films) - the scene is set for an incredible night of punches to the face, kicks to the stomaches and hammers to the heads.

This Saturday, Bristol Aquarium is hosting a 30th anniversary screening of DRAGONHEART (1996) that sees a disillusioned knight (Dennis Quaid) form an unlikely alliance with a dragon (voiced by the legendary Sean Connery) to challenge injustice, discover courage, and uncover the true meaning of a knight’s honourable code.

Filled with epic battles, adventures, and a legendary dragon bond, Dragonheart is a timeless fantasy classic that has captured hearts for 30 years. Also starring David Thewlis, Jason Isaacs and Pete Postlethwaite.
