Growing businesses. Creating opportunities. Building the future.
For EARN, the ultimate goal of agricultural training isn't simply to teach young people how to grow crops.
It's to give them the skills and confidence to build sustainable horticultural businesses — and create opportunities for others.
Dr Joshua Chimakula Ngoma, Founder & Chief Enabler of EARN, describes the ambition:
“Participants should gain the skills and confidence to run sustainable horticulture businesses and create opportunities for others.“
Through its collaboration with PUM, EARN is continually developing its training programme, bringing together classroom learning, practical farming experience and business development.
And the journey continues, with opportunities to develop further expertise in greenhouse design, seedling production and hydroponic cultivation.
🌿 Because when an entrepreneur grows, a community can grow too.
