We just completed a fantastic week of MICHAEL which should have had a 2nd week, but contract obligations didn't allow it, so now we move on to presenting the new Star Wars film "THE MANDALORIAN and GROGU" rated PG13. Once a lone bounty hunter, Mandalorian Din Djarin and his apprentice Grogu embark on an exciting new Star Wars adventure.

The movie "MICHAEL" rated PG13 will play this week Friday May 15th thru Thursday the 21st. The early life of musician Michael Jackson, from the discovery of his talent as the lead of the Jackson Five to the artist whose creative ambition fueled a pursuit to become the biggest entertainer in the world. It will play for only one week regardless of how well it does as we are committed to play the new Star Wars movie opening on the 22nd.

Please note that the DISCOTEKS Concert that was scheduled for this coming Sunday May 17th has been canceled due to lack of interest and poor ticket sales. The concert has been canceled by the band themselves. If you had purchased tickets on line at the bands web site I have been informed that refunds have already been made. If you purchased tickets at the theatre we will make refunds for those here at the theatre in cash.

We just completed one of our best weeks thus far this year with "THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA 2" rated PG13. It will continue for one more week playing through to Thursday May 14th. Starting Friday May 15th we will have "MICHAEL" rated PG13, the Michael Jackson film.

The movie "MICHAEL" has opened in theatres and is doing very well. I have had many emails, messages, texts and phone calls asking if we would be playing that movie. We only have one open week that we could play it in, and I'm happy to announce that the studio has approved my request. It will play the week of May 15th thru 21st. The following week starting on Friday the 22nd we will have the new "STAR WARS MANDALORIAN & GROGU".

"THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA 2" rated PG13 will grace the Roxy screen all this week. An all star cast featuring Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, Anne Hathaway and Stanley Tucci returns having starred in the original. As Miranda Priestly nears retirement, she reunites with Andy Sachs to face off against her former assistant turned rival: Emily Charlton.

MARIO is over and done with. It did well for the 3 weeks that we had to play it. Now we have 9 days to fill before our next major film booking which will be filled with "PROJECT HAIL MARY" rated PG13. Please don't confuse this with "The Hail Mary" that we have already played twice. This film is about a science teacher that wakes up alone on a spaceship. As his memory returns, he uncovers a mission to stop a mysterious substance killing Earth's sun and that an unexpected friendship may be the key. The major film coming after that will be "THE DEVIL WEARS PRADA 2" rated PG13 which will begin on May 1st.
