Wedding number two for the weekend! ☀️💍

Today I got to celebrate Nellie and Bailey at Fireside at the Fiddlers, another venue I was visiting for the very first time. And it was definitely a summer wedding — beautiful, sunny, and WARM!

It was a great afternoon with a wonderful couple and plenty of family and friends there to celebrate with them. I always enjoy getting to check out a new venue, and Fireside at the Fiddlers certainly didn’t disappoint.

Another new venue for me today!

I had the pleasure of joining Allison and Gavin at Drumore Estate as they exchanged personal vows and made it official. There’s always something special about hearing a couple put their own promises into their own words, and theirs made the ceremony uniquely theirs.

This was my first wedding at Drumore Estate, and wow — what a spectacular place for a wedding. The grounds, the views, and the whole setting made quite a first impression.

What a beautiful wedding today at The Garlind in Mifflintown for Raegan & Matthew! ❤️💍My first wedding at this new venue!

Before the ceremony, they shared their personal vows during a “first touch” around the corner of the building—keeping with tradition and not seeing each other before the ceremony.

And I got a first today: they asked me to shoot the video while they read their vows to one another! I’ve officiated a lot of weddings over the years, but I’d never been handed that job before. 😊

It was such a touching moment between the two of them, and I was honored to be there to capture it. Now I can’t wait to see how the video turned out!

Some weddings just have a way of making you smile from beginning to end, and today was definitely one of them.

Kylie & Caleb were surrounded by a wonderful group of family and friends at the beautiful Wind in the Willows. One of my favorite parts of the ceremony was hearing the personalized vows they had written for each other. Those moments are always unique because they're filled with memories, laughter, and promises that come straight from the heart.

Second wedding of the day took me to the beautiful Inn at Londonderry for Steven and Rebecca.

This one was extra special because they are friends from our LCBC church family, and it was such an honor to stand with them as they began this next chapter together.

They shared beautiful vows, surrounded by people who love them, and the whole day had that simple, heartfelt feel that makes a wedding really memorable. Her sister sang "I Choose You" by Sara Bareilles...was just amazing!

First of 2 weddings on our Nation's Birthday!

First, I got invited for a backyard BBQ and somehow ended up staying for a wedding. 😄

Huge congratulations to Deanne and Christopher! It was a hot one, but surrounded by family, friends, good food, and a whole lot of love, these two made it official in the best kind of way.

Sometimes the simple backyard weddings are the ones that feel the most personal. Today was definitely one of those. Loved being a small part of such a special day. Now, pass the potato salad! 😁
