The original F.L.A.G. Mobile Unit trailer from Knight Rider is coming out of hiding. After years of restoration, the 1978 Dorsey trailer, the only one used across all four seasons of the series, will make its first public appearance at Retro Con 2026 in Oaks, Pennsylvania, on September 12 and 13. Restorer Joe Huth, one half of the team known as Knight Rider Historians, said: "I'm excited to let people see the finished thing, especially those who have been following me for years." The trailer was found near Phoenix in 2022, after spending more than a decade doing storage duty, before starting its long road back to the show it once rolled with.
