The house is organized as two gestures: a solid timber volume above, cantilevered to shade the terrace, and a glazed living level below that gives itself entirely to the view. Between them, the pool runs the full length of the elevation before disappearing over the edge — so the water reads as continuous with the sea beyond it. Travertine underfoot, palms at the perimeter, the coastline doing the rest.

Terraces step down the natural grade, the living level opens west to the canyon, and the pool is held at the very edge of the pad, reading from above as a sheet of water suspended over the hillside.
