The Madera Group, the leading hospitality company behind Toca Madera and Tocaya Organica, will be launching an all-new, delivery-only concept called Modern Organic Mexican or nickname M|O|M. The service will offer the brand's signature take on Mexican cuisine using fresh and locally-sourced organic ingredients but for those who want the comfort of traditional home style Mexican dishes with the same level and quality found at The Madera Group’s other concepts. Menu items will include tacos, taquitos, burritos, quesadillas, empanadas and more that will satisfy meat eaters and vegans alike. The service will be offered to Angelenos starting on Wednesday, November 16 from 5 p.m. - 11 p.m. via Postmates!
