Jason Scott - filmmaker, internet archivist, proprietor of TEXTFILES.COM (an archive of historic bulletin board systems files), historian of technology, software curator for the Internet Archive, cat person - will be visiting the OMT this Saturday July 11 to introduce two episodes of his (8-episode!) documentary on proto-internet Bulletin Board Systems! Join us for a Q&A to really dig into all that he does -- his work at the Internet Archive alone has preserved millions of programs -- the largest collection of historical software ever created. And maybe ask about the hat.
