Greetings everyone!

Now that we are getting closer to reopening (still not sure when that'll actually happen unfortunately); the theaters have been fixed up, seats numbered, isles labeled for selective seating, social distancing and sanitizing .... we are doing the next best thing:

Theater rentals!

Here's the deal: It's $125 for 12 people. Each extra person is an extra $10. Comes with a popcorn and a fountain drink. Or, if you would like to sub the popcorn and fountain drink for a choice of alcohol, that is also an option!

We can play almost anything you bring us as long as it's on a CD / DVD / Blu-ray / Flash drive or a DCP file.

Wishing you all the best, please remain safe and wear your masks!

Greetings everyone! We open three new streams today! Check 'em out!

06/26/2020

Greetings everyone! First off: Update about reopening. Right now, we are aiming to reopen on the 17th of July (this is not set in stone yet). However, we keep getting contradicting information from the state. Last week they said we were part of Phase 3. Today / yesterday they are now saying theaters are not part of any phase. So who knows. Either way, we are continuing to prepare for reopening. We are coming up with procedures to maintain social distancing and to provide as many contact less encounters as possible along with heightened sanitation procedures.

We have our POS system setup to pick seats. The system will then block off seats to the immediate right and left of the seat that was bought so they cannot be used. This process takes much longer than normal to buy a ticket. So please keep that in mind whenever we do reopen. Lines for tickets will take much longer to progress through. However, we want to keep everyone safe and comfortable!

In the meantime: We opened a handful of new features to stream today! Check them out!

Stay safe everyone!

Greetings all! Just like University Mall Theatres, we will also be doing curbside pickup now. You can view our updated menu on our site. If you don't feel comfortable coming inside, give us a call and we'll come to you!

Note: To keep things simple, curbside pickup will be cash only. All prices are nice and even too so no weird change to deal with!

Edit: Had to tweak the menu, here's the updated link: https://i.imgur.com/8IFJpVq.jpg

Doesn't look like facebook wants to play nice and update the thumbnail. :\

Had a great time with socially distant friends watching The Sound of Music on the big screen!!🤩🤩
We tried this streaming option last night and watched Once Were Brothers. The quality was amazing and thank you Cinema Arts for letting us watch outstanding movies from home!
Thanks Mark for streaming Sorry We Missed You. Good film and relevant.
Independent VA theater Cinema Arts Theatre is offering streaming films online. Help them survive the quarantine if you can.
i paid for corpus christi and it just keeps showing me the trailer
Really enjoyed "Saint Frances" this evening! Thanks for setting up this opportunity.
I've posted your website and encouraged my friends on FaceBook to rent a film. Entirely selfish...want CAarts in brick and mortar form to remain when we can again move around amidst one another. I've even sent friends to get your drive-by popcorn...wish I could do so myself to watch Bacurau!
My husband went to the theater this afternoon to purchase popcorn, but didn't see anyone outside. Are you still selling concessions at the curb?
Several interesting films here. I hope to get to see them
I notice "Judy" is not under "Coming Soon" anymore on your website. Will you be getting that movie tomorrow? Thank you.
Last night, went to Angelika theater and was charged $14.50 for the movie. Shocked! And then charged more than $8 for a medium popcorn. Absurd! Thank goodness for Cinema Arts!
Any breaks for unpaid feds?
