Yesterday, we had the privilege of gathering with our amazing 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙨 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨—𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨, 𝙖𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙨—𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. ❤️

Called to Courage

When we are afraid, we often find ourselves paralyzed, unable to make a decision. We may feel like we are facing a mountain trail, the trek becoming more and more challenging, with no guarantee that reaching the top will be worth the push.

However, when God calls us to do His will, He also gives us the courage and assurance that He has a plan and purpose for our lives. He goes before us, and walks with us every step of the way.

Over the next four weeks, let us journey together through the life and leadership of Joshua. We will see how when God calls His people forward, He gives them the courage and strength to finish strong.

Over the past two weeks in our Lead Last series, we were reminded that leadership in God’s Kingdom looks different, it begins with humility and is expressed through serving others, just as Jesus did.

As we follow Christ’s example, may we live lives marked by selfless service, unwavering faithfulness, and Christ-like character, leaving a legacy that inspires the next generation to lead with love and serve with purpose.

They were once young—searching for identity, uncertain of their purpose. But someone chose to serve them, believe in them, and faithfully disciple them. Because of that, they encountered God, discovered His calling, and their lives were changed.

Now it’s our turn.

The next generation is waiting for someone who will invest in them today, so they can become the leaders God is calling them to be tomorrow.

Leadership is not about titles, rankings, or positions. It’s not about awards, certificates, or recognition.

Jesus Christ, called the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, challenged His disciples to lead last. Even more than that, He modeled what it meant by defining leadership as serving others, even if it seems less impressive in the eyes of others.

Together, let us see how Christlike leadership advances God’s kingdom in every sector of society, from generation to generation.

Last Sunday, as we gathered together, we were reminded that Communion is more than a tradition, it is a powerful proclamation of the gospel. Every time we partake of the bread and the cup, we remember Christ’s sacrifice, celebrate His victory over sin and death, and declare the hope we have in His promised return.

Because of Jesus’ finished work on the cross, we can walk in freedom, live with purpose, and continue making Him known wherever He has called us.

See you again this Sunday! Invite your family and friends as we worship God, grow in His Word, and continue doing life together.
