Our fine-art printing house began its activity in 1971, the result of Luigi Berardinelli's love of art which, in that period, was going through an excitingly creative phase. It was clear from the start that it would be exclusively engaged with contemporary art, and would collaborate directly with the artists using the techniques most adapted to expressing their work: silk-screens, lithographs, and
etchings. And so we began our production of first editions with artists working in various fields: Abstractionists, Constructivists, Conceptualists, the Trans-avant-garde, and Pop art. At the same time we began to distribute our own editions by taking part in various national and international art fairs: Saga, Paris; Artefiera, Bologna; Kunst Messe, Düsseldorf; Sollentuna, Stockholm and LOPF in London. Here are some names: Mauro Reggiani; Rho; Mario Radice; Lucio Del Pezzo; Piero Dorazio; Valerio Adami; Ugo Nespolo; Mario Scifano; Emilio Scanavino; Franco Angeli; Joseph Beuys; Nan June Paik; George Brecht; Charlotte Moorman; Hermann Nitsch and many other Fluxus artists in collaboration with the Conz Archive; Mimmo Rotella; Mimmo Paladino; Enzo Cucchi; Sandro Chia; Joe Tilson; Jim Dine; John Hoyland; Davide Benati, and many others of equal importance who cannot be named solely due to a lack of space.
