Roscommon Dementia AllianceAlliance were delighted to welcome local author Michael Harding to our recent Memory Café in Lough Key Forest & Activity Park.

Michael shared some wonderful thoughts and stories about memory, the importance of capturing special moments, and how photographs can help us hold on to those memories. 📸💭

It was an afternoon full of stories, laughter, conversation and plenty of good company. ❤️

A big thank you to Michael for joining us, to Lough Key for providing a fabulous venue and refreshments and to all the wonderful volunteers who help make the Roscommon Dementia Alliance Café such a welcoming place. 🌸

🎈 What a morning in Keadue! 🎈
Great excitement around Mo Chairde as hot air balloons floated overhead, with some even landing around the village!

Sadly, the Mo Chairde balloon stayed firmly on the ground this morning…as our delivery drivers were back to their usual mode of transport — the vans! 😂🚐🎈

🌿 A Great Day Out! 🌿

We enjoyed a fantastic day trip to Rathcroghan Visitor Centre in Tulsk! 🏛️✨

A day full of fun, friendship and plenty of laughs, along with a very interesting and informative visit. We also enjoyed some delicious tea and scones in the Táin Café ☕🍰 on arrival, and no day trip would be complete without a sneaky little stop at Supermac’s on the way home! 🍔🍟😋

A brilliant day, great company and lots of happy memories made! 🧡 💚 🩵
