We're Hiring: General Operative

Join the team at Alder Interiors and help create high-quality custom kitchens, wardrobes and fitted furniture from our Rathcoole workshop.

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking General Operative with a great attitude and a willingness to learn. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to develop your skills in a busy manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: €14.15–€15.50 per hour (depending on experience and performance)

Working Hours
• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Overtime available and essential (paid)

Your Role
• Assist our wood machine operators and fitters with workshop and production tasks
• Support the manufacturing team with day-to-day duties (full training provided)
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Follow all workshop health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For
• Good spoken English
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Benefits

• On-site parking
• Sick pay

Location
Based at our workshop in Rathcoole, Dublin 24

*We're Hiring: Experienced Kitchen & Wardrobe Fitter / Cabinet Maker*

Join the team at Alder Interiors and work on some of Ireland's finest custom kitchens, wardrobes and interior projects.

We're looking for an experienced Kitchen & Wardrobe Fitter who takes pride in exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Salary: €50,000 – €65,000

You must have:
* 5+ years' experience fitting high-end kitchens and built-in wardrobes from start to finish
* Qualified Carpenter/Joiner (QQI Level 6, City & Guilds or equivalent)
* Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates
* Full clean driving licence
* Ability to read CAD drawings, take accurate site measurements and install Blum and Hettich hardware
* Experience working with MFC, MDF, solid wood and quartz
* Confidence to lead a small team and communicate professionally with clients

Location : Based from Rathcoole, working on private residential projects and sites throughout Dublin and Leinster.
