We can’t believe this year will be 10 years of The Dead of Night Film Festival, time flies when you’re watching amazingly creative independent horror movies!!
In that time we’ve showcased 60 feature films and over 300 short movies across three great venues. We’ve loved all the venues we’ve had over the years but five years ago we found something truly special, a place DoN calls home, the wonderful Southport Bijou Cinema. A place thats filled with authenticity and a true love of movies old and new and what makes this venue truly special are the wonderful guys who run it. The passion they have for cinema is inspiring and that’s why we felt right at home.
Here’s to another 10 years of horror.
