The London Home Cinema Company The London Home Cinema Company In 2008 the business moved from Enfield to Winchmore Hill, north London, and the separate company was created.

The London Home Cinema Company was created as a division of A W Pounds Ltd, a family business established in 1947, to separate the successful home cinema business from its busy white and brown goods retail operation. After attending George Lucas’ Skywalker Studios training facility back in 1994 to obtain LucasFilm THX certification, MD Martin Redwood invested in purpose-built demonstration rooms

to promote properly calibrated systems. London Home Cinema has two distinctive demonstration areas within the new store. These rooms allow you to experience home cinema at its best, and to get a good idea of how it might work in your home. We have many repeat clients and referrals from satisfied ones, all of whom have experienced our service and commitment to delivering the best possible results for any budget. We have many clients from the worlds of media and finance, including household names such as Jonathan Ross, Matt Lucas, David Walliams and Michael McIntyre. Jonathan Ross had this to say: “I’ve used London Home Cinema for all my home entertainment needs for around 18 years now, and they’ve always provided a first class service with a minimum of fuss, disruption and drama.
