A Community Interest Company, set up by a group of Woolton residents, has successfully raised the funds to buy and begin the refurbishment of the cinema.

Want to know more about what is happening at your Picture House?

We are holding community meetings this Sunday (19 July) at 2pm and Monday (20 July) at 6pm so come along and find out.

We have taken on board what you said at the meetings in June and we will have some new plans to show you. We'll also be there to answer any questions you have about the present and future of the Picture House.

The next stage of our repair work is underway, with volunteers rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck into stripping out the ladies’ toilets ready for a much-needed makeover.

We have scheduled our first weekend of movies as a community led cinema from Friday 29 to Sunday 31 May and you could be the first to buy tickets!

We will have more film weekends over summer and into autumn as we do some essential building work around them. All profits from the screenings will go towards the refurbishment of this beautiful building!
