Meet Carolyn 👋✨

Carolyn is the Managing Director at OneVoice and started the business with Andy 24 years ago having given up a job she loved because along side Andy, she knew she could achieve a better long term family/ work balance and had the vision to build something they both could be proud of!

From day one, Carolyn has always believed that OneVoice should wear its heart on its sleeve. She’s passionate about building genuine relationships, treating clients how we would want to be treated ourselves and creating work that people genuinely care about.

For Carolyn, great design isn’t just about profit margins, sometimes the most rewarding projects are the ones done simply for the love of creativity and making a difference.

She’s naturally curious and believes that asking questions is one of the best ways to learn, grow and truly understand a client’s world. While Andy is known for his sharp eye for detail, Carolyn is often focused on the bigger picture - steering the direction of the business, nurturing the team and making sure the company stays true to its values.

👵 Young grandma of two grandsons (and a granddaughter on the way!)

👬 Proud mum of twin boys.

🔒 Along side OneVoice, volunteered in a Cat A prison for a number of years.

🌳 Currently on a mission to help protect the green belt in her local village.

✈️ Loves travelling, especially trips to Australia to visit her other children!

JS Merlin & Cadbury - Who Will you Take Event 🍫✨

The other week, Olivia Stoddart & Andy Stoddart headed down to Selly Oak Sainsbury’s in Birmingham to support an event we’ve been busy working on!

From concept to creation, we designed and delivered the full in-store POS for a 6-bay takeover for the Merlin x Cadbury “Who Will You Take?” event – including header boxes, floor graphics, SELs, aisle fins, and digital in-store touchpoints!

We also brought the wider experience to life with a suite of standout elements, from a show-stopping balloon arch and feather flags to FSDUs, a branded pop-up stand, and a spin-the-wheel for the chance to win some free goodies!

Massive thanks to Robert Lee and the team at Imageco, along with Paul Morricone and Andre at Thunder and Lightning Films Ltd., who captured all the action on the day 🎥👏

And a big shoutout to Jo Draper at Mondelez for the amazing brief and for trusting us to be part of such a fantastic event 🙌

Meet Andy 👋✨

Andy is the Creative Director at OneVoice, starting the business 24 years ago alongside Carolyn in a small spare room office (proof that big things really do start small!)

Since then, he’s grown OneVoice into the studio it is today - building strong client relationships, shaping the creative direction, and setting the standard for the work that goes out the door. He’s known for going above and beyond for both clients and the team, always pushing for that extra level of quality.

With a genuine love for great design and a seriously sharp eye for detail, Andy is at the heart of everything creative at OneVoice. These days, you’ll often find him deep in quoting mode, juggling what feels like 50 tabs at once and making sure every project is scoped to perfection.

YOP x WHSmith Airside ✈️

Last month, OneVoice worked with Ebony Saunders from Yoplait UK to create a suite of airside digital screens for WHSmith which have now gone live! 🙌

Showcasing the new YOP packaging and key visuals, these screens are designed to stand out in busy airport environments and capture attention on the move! ✈️

Brought to life through animation by the great Thunder and Lightning Films Ltd. 👏
