Debbie Ducks Out of School Club We are a well established Out of School Club with experienced and qualified staff and also registered with Ofsted.

We are registered with Ofsted and we are a well established Out of School Club offering quality childcare from the age of 4 years with qualified and experienced staff. We cover Breakfast from 7am to 9am, After school care from 3pm to 6pm and full day Holiday cover from 7am to 6pm. We cater for every child’s needs individually and have good relationships with the children and parents offering a sec

ond to none service, we always go that extra mile to provide a safe, secure and homely environment to care for children in the way we would wish our own children to be looked after. During the holidays we do some great activities and enjoy educational and fun days out eg. Museum visits, Pond dipping, Cinema, Bowling, Swimming, Shipley park, Markeaton park, Geo caching, Wollaton Park, Sherwood Pines, Elvaston Castle and many more!! We currently cover: Coppice, Aldercar Infants, Langley Mill Academy, Mundy St, Corfields, Laceyfields Academy and Marlpool Juniors. Call Shaunna on 07791638567

NB. Parents working for 16 hours or more may be eligible for Working Tax Credit (childcare element) which in many cases will cover a significant proportion of these fees.

About the Role:
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Childcare Assistant to join our team. This role involves transporting children to and from school, supporting children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, helping with daily routines, and encouraging development through play and learning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a safe and supportive environment for children

Assist with daily routines, including snack time and activities

Support children’s learning and development

Build positive relationships with children and families

Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures

Requirements:

A passion for working with children

Good communication and teamwork skills

Must be able to drive (preferred but not essential)

Relevant childcare experience or qualifications are desirable but not essential

On the DBS update service ( preferred but not essential)
