Just to let you know that we will be selling tickets on the door this evening. Please arrive in plenty of time if you need to purchase some.

Plus, our usual reminder about parking:

‼️There is no designated parking at Blaenavon Workmen’s Hall. ‼️
If you are attending for the show this evening, there are 3 car parks within a 5 minute walking distance of the Hall:

1️⃣ Next to the Queen Victoria Pub on Prince Street
2️⃣ Lion Street: behind the Lion Pub or opposite side of the road
3️⃣ Market Street, with a cut through straight onto High Street or down the road past the Co-op to reach the Hall

Our neighbours are important to us and many are elderly and have mobility needs. Please don’t block up the surrounding streets.

Traffic enforcement officers will be patrolling and talking to people and if parked irresponsibly will move people on.

Have a great evening 🎶 🕺🎙️

We wanted to share this fantastic creation from one of our young Knitter Natterers.

This is a double sided blanket that Maddie Davies has created. She's been with us from the very beginning of Knitter Natter and had never crocheted before joining.
She's been creating clothing, toys etc for a while now and decided to try tapestry crochet.

Tapestry work is incredibly difficult anyway but to also create the pattern from photos: this is on another level!

Maddie kindly gave the blanket as a present to her neighbours (owners of the pooches)

How amazing is she ? 😍😍

Come to Big Pit on Saturday and vote for our Knitter Natter project, and help support youngsters like Maddie to discover their hidden talents!

We want to thank our volunteers from Blaenavon Community Museum & Royal British Legion Blaenavon Branch for transplanting the petunias into our new planters this week.

We are happy to report that some of them have already started blooming.
