Star Cinema Star Cinema is the local, independent movie theatre in the heart of Sidney, BC. We have two screens, one of which has been upgraded to a digital projector.

Star Cinema is a local, independent movie theatre that has been in operation since 1998. We value offering our patrons great customer service, affordable prices, a fantastic film selection as well as a friendly community feel. We change our film schedule weekly and we like to bring wide variety of films, from independent to foreign to big blockbusters. Our hope is to always have a film for everybo

dy. We are also a great place to host birthday parties, as well as rent out the theatre for private showings. Our ticket prices are $9.00(adults), $7.50 (seniors & students) and $6.00 (child - 13 and under). On Tuesdays, all seats are $6.00 for everyone! Coyote finally fights back!
