🚨NEW POLICY UPDATE
To continue providing the best experience possible for all of my guests, I have updated my booking and cancellation policies.
As many of you know, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations often leave openings that are difficult to fill, especially for longer colour appointments.
Moving forward, I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Guests who repeatedly cancel with short notice may be asked to keep a credit card on file for future bookings.
Please know that this policy is in place to protect my time, my business, and the availability of appointments for clients on my waitlist. I completely understand that emergencies happen and will always do my best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances whenever possible. 🤍
