The Lindsay Drive-In is gearing up for another amazing season and we’re looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our team!
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
👔 Managers (Multiple Positions Available)
– Oversee daily Drive-In operations and lead team members across departments!
– Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth workflow during peak hours!
– Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance!
– Handle problem-solving, decision-making, and maintain a high standard of professionalism on-site!
– Report directly to Senior Manager, Ryan and assist in executing seasonal goals and operational strategy!
🍿 Concession Stand Employees
– Serve popcorn, drinks, and snacks with a friendly attitude!
– Handle cash/POS transactions efficiently and accurately!
– Keep the concession area clean, organized, and fully stocked!
– Provide fast service while maintaining great customer experience!
👨🍳 Cooks
– Prepare and serve food in our concession stand!
– Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment!
– Work well under pressure with a positive attitude!
🛍️ Sales Associates
– Promote Drive-In events, specials, and partnerships within the community!
– Build relationships with local businesses and sponsors!
– Assist with ticket promotions, group bookings, and private rentals!
– Represent The Lindsay Drive-In with professionalism and confidence on-site!
🎉 Event Planners
– Plan and execute private rentals, school nights, corporate bookings, and special events!
– Coordinate logistics including scheduling, vendors, and on-site setup!
– Communicate directly with clients to bring their vision to life at the Drive-In!
– Ensure events run smoothly from start to finish with strong leadership and organization!
