Reagilè Cinema Vosloorus ReaGilè Cinema Vosloorus is a Business which is Owned, Managed and Run by 27 Co-Op members from the KaThorus Community of Ekurhuleni, in South Africa.

A group of 7 residents from Ekurhuleni decided to:

1. Adopt a proposed “ReaGilè Co-Op Constitution” as presented by ReaGilè iHs Pty Ltd, and to register as a “Co-Operative in terms of the Co-Op Act.”.
2. Select 20 additional community residents, from suitably qualified applicants, including the required Police Reservists and Nurse/First Aiders, to become joining members of the proposed Co-Op.


3. Purchase a “ReaGilè MiniPlex” as presented, and to pursue funding therefore from Commercial and other sources.
4. Operate the ReaGilè Complex, as a profitable, sustainable business, to provide gainful employment to its members/employees, and to serve the community, by providing access to Cinema/Theatre Entertainment, Education, Internet Technology, Computer Based Training, and enhance Community Safety & Security and Welfare.
5. Pay all member/employees an Patronage Proportionate, Equitable Share of all the distributable profits from the proceeds of running the business. The "Cinema Portion" of the ReaGilè was installed in time for the community to watch all the AFCON 2013 games for Free on the outdoor screens.
