​We recently assisted a client with a major headache: conveyor pulleys covered in 20mm rubber lagging. The mission? Determine the steel wall thickness underneath without stripping the coating or causing any damage.

​By utilizing the Cygnus 1 EX Intrinsically Safe Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, we successfully measured through the rubber, providing accurate data with:
