A hard-hitting story of love and betrayal, ‘Bullets over Bishop Lavis’ showcases some of South Africa’s finest talent. Fleur du Cap 2012 nominated Abduragman Adams (‘Angels Everywhere’, ‘Soutmansland’,’Die Joseph en Mary affair,’Some Like it Vort’) is accompanied on stage by YOU Spectacular and ATKV Award winner Diaan Lawrenson (7de Laan), Euodia Samson (‘Die Mary en Joseph Affair; 'Krimas van Map Jacobs'; 'Tussen Duiwels', ‘Baby’) and Fiesta Award 2011 nominee Charlton George (‘Titus Andronicus, National Theatre London, ‘Die Joseph en Mary Affair’, ‘Angels Everywhere, ‘Jesus Hopped the A Train’, ‘Onder Engele’, ‘RooiLand’). Internationally acclaimed and award winning performer Jody Abrahams (‘District Six-the musical’, ‘Kat and the Kings’ & ‘Hard Copy’) does not only direct the hard-hitting ‘Bullets over Bishop Lavis’ but also assists in creating this production with scriptwriter and Award winning actor Christo Davids (7de Laan fame).
