Carroll County 4-H Camp The Carroll County 4-H Residential Camp at Hashawha Environmental Center offers two weeks of summer camp for youth ages 8-16 each summer.

Held at beautiful Camp Hashawha, Carroll County 4-H hosts two residential camping weeks. The first week is for youth ages 8-11 and the second week is for youth ages 10-16. At camp, we emphasize making new friends, trying new things

, and learning to live and work as a group. Our campers are assigned to small groups that become their “family” for the week. Program activities vary from year to year, depending on the camp theme. Activities may include: hiking, seining, fishing, recreational sports/games, movie night, crafts, educational classes, outdoor cooking, and archery. Pool time is scheduled each day, weather permitting. The traditional campfire is a highlight of the week and a chance for campers to plan and perform group songs, skits, and cheers. Good Morning
We have been monitoring the air quality and will be making adjustments to our program. As such our closing ceremony will have to be indoors in our cafeteria building. This will severely limit the amount of space for parents to attend and view. We are asking anyone who does not wish to view the closing ceremonies to delay their arrival until 1:45 PM. Please make every effort to be here by 2PM to sign your children out. Luggage will be located in Lower P. There will also be a lost and found- Please check it for any belongings.
