Remembering The Valley-Vu Drive In This is a page dedicated to the memory of the Valley-Vu Drive In Movie Theatre The Valley Vu was a 800 car, single screen Drive-In with a 120 foot wide screen.

The Valley Vu opened in June of 1955, serving the town of Granger Utah, later combined into West Valley City. The Valley Vu's screen went dark in August of 1997, later demolished in 2000. It was fun family atmosphere and will be missed!

Trees are coming down around the shuttered Motor-Vu Drive-In in Riverdale, Weber County, to be replaced with a housing development, as the demolition process starts.

Did you know we still have 5 Drive In Theaters open in Utah? The The Motor Vu Theater in Erda, The Redwood Drive In Theatre & Swap Meet in West Valley City, The Basin Drive-In in Mt. Pleasant, The Coleman's Motor Vu Drive In In Riverdale, and The Echo Drive In in Roosevelt.
