🌸 One Vase… Countless Smiles. 🌸

This little vase had another special journey to make on Thursday.

Thanks to the kindness of a generous donor, it’s once again bringing a bit of sunshine to someone who could use it most. Thursday it’s was on its way to Peggy, who is in the hospital. We hope these flowers remind her that she’s being thought of by so many friends at the West Bridgewater Council on Aging.

Sometimes the smallest gestures—a bouquet, a kind word, a simple reminder that someone cares—can brighten even the toughest days.

💜 Peggy, we’re all thinking of you and wishing you strength, comfort, and a speedy recovery. We can’t wait to see you back with us.

🍔 Support the West Bridgewater Council on Aging at Goat City Pub! 🍔

Mark your calendar for Wednesday, July 15 and enjoy a delicious meal ALL DAY while supporting local seniors.

This fundraiser is presented by JOY (Just Older Youth), the fundraising group of the West Bridgewater Council on Aging.

On Wednesday, July 15, 20% of the day’s food sales from customers who PRESENT the Goat City fundraiser ticket (you can print it out or take a picture of it) will be donated to JOY to help support programs, activities, special events, and services for the seniors of the West Bridgewater Council on Aging.

We may not wear capes every day… but our team is proud to make a difference for the amazing seniors we serve.

From planning programs and preparing meals to answering phones, welcoming visitors, organizing events, offering support, and sharing plenty of smiles, we’re honored to be part of this wonderful community.

As we celebrate Independence Day, we’re especially grateful for the freedom to serve, the friendships we’ve built, and everyone who makes the West Bridgewater Council on Aging feel like family.
