We know many of you are curious about the future of the Welch Pocahontas Movie Theatre. The theatre remains closed due to ongoing repairs, and while there are no new updates to share at this time, progress is being made behind the scenes. We remain committed to keeping the community informed, and as soon as we have more details, you’ll hear from us here first. In the meantime, thank you for your patience—just sit tight with us a little longer!

Hi friends, just checking in with you!
What started as routine repairs and maintenance has taken a little more work than originally planned. The theatre is currently undergoing infrastructure work to ensure reliability and safety before reopening. We know many of you are eager to return, and we appreciate your patience as we take the time to make sure everything is ready for you to enjoy again. We’ll keep you updated as progress continues and look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Just a quick note: the Pocahontas Theatre is still temporarily closed. We’re working hard to get the projectors rolling again soon. Thanks for sticking with us—we’ll see you at the movies before long!
