Admission: $10.00 per person

The MANHATTAN SHORT is the first global film festival, screening in select cinemas in over 500 venues, spanning six continents, for one week, to over 100,000 film lovers. MANHATTAN SHORT is the only film festival of its kind. The Final selections screen simultaneously across the world during a one-week period, where attendees (YES, YOU!) vote for Best Film and Best Actor awards at each participating venue. Every short film selected will automatically become qualified for the Oscars of 2027.

These incredible folks and many others helped us reach our fundraising goal to purchase brand new, state-of-the-art LED stage lighting for the Walton Theatre. The new lights are safer, more energy efficient, and provide a better live show experience for performers and audience members. ❤

The Walton Theatre Preservation Association will recognize our major donors that supported the theatre’s performance lighting upgrade on Friday, August 21, 2026, 12:45 p.m. in the entertainment court at The Delaware County Fair-Walton,NY. Along with the recognition, a dedication of a permanent plaque will also take place. An informal reception will follow at the theatre’s booth in the commercial tent.

Fairgoers are welcome to join us to witness the dedication and enjoy the reception.
