Alex's lecture covers the 1755 Battle of the Monongahela. This battle takes place during the events of the upcoming movie "Young Washington" which will show at the Palace the weekend of July 10th. This lecture can help the viewer understand the importance of the experiences from the French and Indian War in the life of George Washington.

The lecture should last about an hour with an audience question and answer session at the end. Free will donations to the Palace Theatre are accepted and concessions will be available. See you at the Palace!🎬
