Today, our team had the opportunity to participate in the Manufacturing Road Show, speaking with students in grades 6–12 about the exciting careers and opportunities available in modern manufacturing.

From technology and innovation to skilled trades and leadership opportunities, it was incredible to see so many students engaged, curious, and asking thoughtful questions about their future paths.

Manufacturing is more than what many people picture, it’s problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, advanced technology, and building the future. Events like this are important because they help connect the next generation with real career possibilities and show students that there are rewarding opportunities right here in our communities.

We’re proud to support workforce development and inspire future talent by sharing what makes this industry so impactful.
