Venus, Darling is the musical partnership of singer-songwriters Katie Todd and Betsy Ade, two longtime voices in the Midwest music scene whose creative connection blossomed into something much deeper.

After years of living parallel lives as musicians, Katie and Betsy came together in 2023 when Betsy invited Katie to join her band. What began as a creative collaboration quickly evolved into a powerful songwriting partnership—and a love story.

Drawing from years of experience, the duo creates music rooted in honesty, vulnerability, resilience, and connection, with the chemistry between them at the heart of every performance. Their songs celebrate the messy, beautiful realities of finding your voice, taking chances, and discovering love and chosen family later in life.
