Hello Friends!

Last night was the last event of this semester and my last as LIME's President. I wasn't able to say it to all of our regulars, and members new and old so I just wanted to take the time before I leave Syracuse, to say thank you for joining me for any one/all of the last four years. This group shaped my years here at Syracuse and I feel so incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to learn from each and everyone of you. You have enriched my life and my understanding of the conflict so much more than I could express.

Dialogue is more important now than ever and I hope those of you still at Syracuse will continue the meaningful and educational conversations we have had in the past with LIME's wonderful new president Zachary Levine.

If any of you ever find yourself in Israel please reach out, I would love to see any of you again!

Best,
Ronit Davis (Ronnie)

It was an honor to host Dr. Mohammed Dajani Daoudi for a lecture, last Tuesday. His passion for dialogue and peace perfectly suits the ethos of LIME as a forum for dialogue rooted in education and understanding.

In short, Dr. Dajani spoke about the evolution of his relationship with Israel, his creation of the Wasatia Movement and the controversial trip he leads to Auschwitz for Palestinian students. If you are interested in reading a little bit more about the lecture, here is the link to a DO article about it.
