The Beach House This beautiful beach house located on Topsail Island in Surf City is a perfect getaway from the everyday.

"The Beach House" is a duplex with 2 available properties. Each property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and can accommodate 11 people comfortably. If you need more space for family reunions, weddings, get-togethers, and etc, then reserve both sides and invite 22 people. Ammenities included with each property:
MASTER:
King size bed with memory foam mattress, master bath with massaging jets in showe

r, His and Her closets, 40" HD TV mounted on movable mount for optimum viewing from bed or ...(See outside amenities). BUNK ROOM:
2 sets of bunk beds, 32" HD TV, Wii (with 2 remotes), and closet. BEDROOMS 3&4;
King size bed with memory foam mattress and 6 built-in drawers, 32" HD wireless internet (Pandora, Netflix, etc) TV mounted on movable mount for optimum viewing from bed. LIVIING:
Large comfortable sectional couch, Oversized twin pull-out chair, 55" HD wireless internet (Pandora, Netflix, etc), HD Cable DVR. KITCHEN/DINING:
Bar by the sink with 3 stools, large table that seats 6, 2 extra chairs in pantry, pantry, and Utility closet, Coffee maker, toaster oven, and more
Desk in Dining area for those who can't completely get away. OUTSIDE:
Set of 3 bar height outdoor stools with connecting table, 6-person HOT TUB on lower deck outside Master with ocean views and TV when master TV is tilted correctly, oversized outside shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach (in car-port)
LAUNDRY:
Oversized washer and dryer.

Here's a brief video of some of the damage. We will be out of commission for a while. Entire deck system needs to be replaced or rebuilt.
