Friends Of The Fox's Classic Movie Series Join us for a classic movie experience every month at Stockton's historic movie palace!

The Friends of the Fox is a volunteer, non-profit organization offering a monthly classic movie experience at the Bob Hope Fox Theatre. Founded in 1995, the Friends of the Fox supported the restoration of the Theatre through significant fundraising efforts. More than 25 years later, the organization continues to promote the Theatre as an integral part of the Stockton community and the “Crown Jewel” of downtown Stockton’s revitalization efforts.

Friends of the Fox Giving Day — help us keep Stockton’s “Crown Jewel” shining!
We’re a volunteer 501(c)(3) dedicated to preserving and enlivening the historic Fox California (Bob Hope) Theatre as a movie house, concert hall, and performing arts venue. Since 1996 we’ve restored the Mighty Morton pipe organ, present free live organ concerts before every Classic Movie Series screening, offer affordable monthly films from silent-era gems to family favorites, and host post-show theatre tours and organ demonstrations by Dave Moreno.
