Recently, we collaborated with Simon Sinek and his team to develop an innovative, uniquely formatted podcast approach for his show "A Bit of Optimism". Our team produced and directed the production over a three-day period in Philips, Wisconsin. We provided the gear, crew, direction, media management, and location coordination, while Simon's team handled the post-production work. Filming in a functioning manufacturing plant presented numerous challenges and obstacles related to audio, lighting, timing, and scheduling. Nevertheless, we are delighted with the final outcome, and our clients were equally thrilled.
The story features a CEO of a company founded in 1885 and is now the parent organization for 13,000 employees and 140 individual companies. He believes that any company that lays off employees during difficult times is a failure of leadership. The culture of caring at his business has been featured as a Harvard Businesses School case study.
