It’s hard to believe, but the Capitol Theatre has officially been open for ONE MONTH!

Over the past month, we’ve welcomed thousands of guests through our doors, shared countless buckets of popcorn, watched families create memories together, and brought movies back to the heart of downtown Springfield.

We want to thank every single person who purchased a ticket, grabbed a concession, shared a post, told a friend, or simply stopped by to support this historic restoration. Your support has made this first month an incredible success.

While we still have a few finishing touches and improvements ahead, we are proud of how far we’ve come and excited about what the future holds for the Capitol Theatre.
