Obsession has made history with a 39.4% increase during it's second week in theaters. The jump was particularly impressive for a film playing in over 2500 screens outside the Christmas holiday - all movies with larger jumps on that many screens were in late December. What's even cooler is it was completely unpredicted - experts were predicting an opening weekend of $8-9 million that was smashed with a $17.2 million debut that just keeps rising!
