I'm emerging from a month-long journey of intense growth and creation, feeling as if I've given birth twice over - metaphorically speaking!

Inwardly, I've experienced profound growth that I'm still finding the words to express. Outwardly, the changes are more visible, and I'm excited to share them with you.

I've just completed a free class on overcoming our programming, a labor of love that has pushed me to new heights. Through it all, I've leaned on the power of prayer, asking for grit, courage, and perseverance. I surrendered fully to Spirit's guidance, and here I am, ready to re-engage with you all.

Despite the intensity of my work, I've been blessed to serve and speak at Unity Spiritual Centers all over Florida including in Merritt Island, Fort Myers, and Fruitland Park. Did I mention I;ve taken the kids to a Teenage Wealth Workshop in Tennesse and also did the (what feels like a fun BootCamp) Disney experience? Whew! The blessings overflow!

These experiences remind me of Jesus' teaching on unconditional love:

"This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you." - John 15:12

Tonight, I rest with a heart full of gratitude for answered prayers and blessings received.

Sharing an article I wrote a number of years ago about everyday grief. These are the tender spots in our "soft skin," areas we consider too fragile to touch.

I am calling it into light because we all go through it. No one speaks of it, and yet, this kind of grief touches us and has a transformative healing power when we are courageous enough to retrieve and reown these parts of ourselves.

Rather than move away from what feels like sadness or discomfort, when we dare to deal with it and look it in the eye, we find that we meet only ourselves.
