📣 Parents, please be aware that tomorrow 09/02 is the Crooms Club Showcase during Homeroom!

Students will have the opportunity to explore the many clubs available at Crooms and find one that matches their interests. Clubs are a great way to develop new skills, build friendships, make connections, and create lasting school memories. Please encourage your student to explore their options—including the Crooms PTSA Student Advocacy Club! 🗣️🌟

📚 Reminder: All 9th- and 10th-grade students will take the FAST ELA Progress Monitoring Test #1 on Wednesday 09/02 as well. Please help your student prepare by getting a good night’s sleep and eating a healthy breakfast. 🔎 More information can be found in the Panther Planner 🗞️.

100 years of history, education, and Panther pride! 🧡

Congratulations Crooms Academy of Information Technology on your 100th Anniversary 🎉

In 1926, Professor Joseph N. Crooms and his wife Wealthy Richardson Croom’s donated over 17 acres of their personal property in the historic African American community of Goldsboro, to create Crooms Academy High School.

Crooms Academy is the first African American High School in Seminole County.

Today, Crooms Academy has a 100% Graduation Success Rate🎓

The deadline to join the ISO Student Leaders Club has been EXTENDED to August 25, 2026! 🎉

If you’re interested in leadership, advocacy, community involvement, and making a difference, this is a great opportunity to get involved.

🏛️ One of the highlights: In March, club members will have the opportunity to travel to Tallahassee and speak with Florida legislators about issues that impact students, schools, and our communities.

This is your chance to make your voice heard, build leadership skills, connect with other students, and experience advocacy in action.
