This organization is completely project based which means our executive group, through sponsorship and networks, work to put together projects, initiatives, events, and mediums for artists to display their work, perfect their craft, and develop to a level of professional artistry all while collaborating with other O2T members on anything from live shows, to collective albums, podcasts, short films
, and much more. The difference between Off on a Tangent or O2T and other collectives is that we have no membership fees, no contractual obligations, and we do not make an attempt to manage the careers of any of our artists. The only thing that we asks is that our artists remain active and available to the organization and maintain the same sense of collaboration after they have reached their career goals to help us bridge the gap between "Local Talent" and "Mainstream Artists" to push for quality work that has depth, meaning, and purpose and remove the commercialization from art. This group is free to join, and offers exceptional perks and an amazing network to up and coming artists around the world.
