Remember Indies + Eats? The perfect pairing is back for a limited time in celebration of the release of TONY! We’re thrilled to partner with Hotel SLO’s Ox+Anchor next weekend for a culinary journey inspired by the new film exploring the early career and life of Anthony Bourdain.

TONY (2026)
A 19-year-old Anthony Bourdain travels to Provincetown and stumbles into the chaotic world of a restaurant kitchen. The experience draws him into a summer that begins to shape the course of his life. The story follows this pivotal period as he is swept into the demands and energy of kitchen work.

MENU INSPIRATION
Long before Bourdain became one of the world’s most beloved food and travel storytellers, he was the executive chef of Les Halles, the legendary New York City brasserie that helped launch his career. Chef Ryan (Ox+Anchor) has long admired Bourdain’s approach to food and storytelling, as well as the classic French cooking that shaped his early career. His own culinary background includes time working with Thomas Keller and at Auberge du Soleil, where he developed an appreciation for the traditions and techniques of French cuisine. In tribute to Bourdain and his time at Les Halles, Chef Ryan will feature a special menu celebrating the classic French brasserie dishes and spirit of the iconic New York restaurant.
