Your theater is pulling ‘the sky is pink’. The San Diego film festival is this weekend. That is a BIG mistake. Lots of people could be exposed to the film that weren’t before.
Hey...just a heads up: your website and app suck really bad. Kept getting error messages, redirects, fields not accepting info. Gave up...just one membership lost but maybe others having similar problems. You might want to look into it.
Was so disappointed tonight. Came to ArcLight and was so looking forward to enjoying a drink with my movie. After being thoroughly ignored at the bar, a pretentious young man made my mojito for me (a drink which, by the way, I have purchased many times from this same bar and enjoyed). The drink had no mojito or alcohol taste to it - it was the blandest drink ever and tasted extremely watered down. When I complained, the young man told me that he had prepared it exactly as it should be prepared. I asked him to taste it to see how bland it was - his response was "I don't need to, I know I prepared it well". Needless to say - I asked for my money back. By which time, I missed the beginning of my movie. A little bit of customer care and customer relationship training would go a long way. It is unlikely that I will ever order another drink from your establishment if watered down drinks are supposedly the norm.
Will you be serving food at the bar on Thanksgiving?
Will you be showing "Murder on the Orient Express" on film? Or just digital?
